Very 'rally' of them.
New hotel, new pavement, new mountains, new grass, new clouds...
Very 'rally' of them.
I hope this nocturnal time is going to be playable in the game. Looks pretty darn beautiful!! Edit: Minus or with the snow.Trailer gets the job done. Raised my hype for the track from zero to moderate.
2 more days 🔥 🔥
Looks dangerous to me, especially with the strong mountain winds. It would be great if they could emulate it collapsing on the track mid race, might piss off Ott Tanak though

So it is, I should have looked more closely, we should be safe then. It’s suspended with cables 👷♂️
Cool look and feel of the new course!!
Disappointed by the lack of pineapples and banana tree leaves this time though lol
I would love to see Tahiti Maze back, and a time trial to emulate the GT3 license test with it. Although Fisherman's Ranch seems inspired by Tahiti Maze. Would still love to see the OG back with the same layout. Or I'm down for a change as long as it's done well. Do hope they'd keep the switchbacks though.Let's hope these are used for a new Tahiti track. I can see them "rebooting" Tahiti Road with a completely different layout, but keeping the same name and, obviously, location. I would totally take a reimagined Tahiti track, as the scenery is absolutely breathtaking.
I adore Tahiti Maze. One of my all time favourite fantasy tracks. I don't expect it back, but I would be elated to have it back in the series. Call me crazy, but I'd also love to see a return of Grand Canyon.I would love to see Tahiti Maze back, and a time trial to emulate the GT3 license test with it. Why are there always GR.B cars? I drove a lot of cars here in GT5. normal flat track? Especially on the start-finish straight, there is a slight ramp and the car's control deteriorates greatly there. As far as I remember.
I would love to see this track in Gran Turismo. The view towards the sea would be epic like Phillip Island.

Eiger was already contextualized as a rally stage, even having its rally plate as early as GTHD.I assume you mean Eiger?
They contextualize it as a Rally stage this time around it seems.
Tbh the only way you can make sense of this track.
But there will certainly also be road car arcade races on it.
Definitely need to be in. Last time I sampled it in a game was V8 Supercars.I would love to see this track in Gran Turismo.
About half the lap at Sardegna - Road Track A resembles a tarmac rally stage too.
Alsace to me is like a mix between tarmac rally and a car testing facility made to resemble a real road, such as the Millbrook Proving Ground's Alpine Circuit. I say that because some sections are banked or elevated very unnaturally, plus one of the layouts is literally called the "Test Course"
I think we have seen enough to say that’s not going to be the case.My biggest fear is that Eiger ends up looking and feeling like Alsace 2.0.
I love Alsace. Think it's one of the prettiest tracks in the game...especially the evening setting. It's great for taking classic road cars out for a spin.Alsace has the same vibe. Just not as picturesque.
Evening setting + Hazy and pleasant without clouds (Or a few works too) = A nice summer evening!I love Alsace. Think it's one of the prettiest tracks in the game...especially the evening setting. It's great for taking classic road cars out for a spin.
Same here...never understood why Alsace has such a bad reputation...I love Alsace. Think it's one of the prettiest tracks in the game...especially the evening setting. It's great for taking classic road cars out for a spin.
I think it's a bit nonsensical tbh. The baked corners while fun are a bit stupid. It neither looks like a purpose built track nor a converted road. Rom hack vibes here and there.Same here...never understood why Alsace has such a bad reputation...
The reverse version has one of my favorite curves in the whole game!
As someone who didn't really like it until GT7, it's because it felt a bit like it was made in the old course creator (e.g. randomly generated Eifel layout), rather than something more bespoke like Dragon Trail etc.Same here...never understood why Alsace has such a bad reputation...

Sorta feels like a mini Nordschleife to me with prettier scenery. I'm one of those people who wishes there were some long point to point roadways without any race track stuff at all in the game and Alsace is one of the tracks that scratches that itch in a small way.I think it's a bit nonsensical tbh. Beautiful at night (in VR) though.
PD have gotten better at building that type of track. Sardegna is awesome. Maybe Eiger will be too.
I agree on the course maker vibe, but the track is a fairly accurate depiction of cambered roads in the Vosges Mountains of Alsace, though the circuit is exceptionally wide.As someone who didn't really like it until GT7, it's because it felt a bit like it was made in the old course creator (e.g. randomly generated Eifel layout), rather than something more bespoke like Dragon Trail etc.
Roads with (almost) nothing of a race track, long enough to resemble point-to-point layouts, curves with quite illogical bankings, but in general realistic scenarios with beautiful surroundings were the characteristics of the “Circuito de la Sierra” and one of my favorites, the forgotten Toscana Tarmac, in GT5-6.Sorta feels like a mini Nordschleife to me with prettier scenery.
