Has anyone else been experiencing issues with the livery editor freezing constantly since the latest update?

Since last Thursday I‘ve been getting the dreaded infinite loading symbol like 20+ times per livery. Pretty annoying since I‘ve been working on another design for the 296 GT3 since last Saturday but the game doesn‘t let me finish it.

I‘m playing on a PS4 Pro btw.

More Porsche...

I havent had it that bad, and not since the update. A few weeks back I had it, and it completely corrupt a livery i was working on. Crashed the game when I tried to load it. Had to start again. Hours lost. i feel your pain

I solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. The livery editor has been working so far and I hope it stays that way.

Really annoying that this has been a problem since release and PD won‘t do anything about it.

The one game I actually have the disc for just that reason haha. Glad it's working 🤘

I love the livery editor. Best I've experienced on a game, but there are still things missing, or there are limiting factors which could really do with being sorted out

100%, I couldn’t agree more. It‘s by far my favorite aspect of the game. With just a few tweaks from PD it‘d be flawless.

Hey y'all. Ancient guy here. Recently with the new 296 GT3 out, as a Ferrari Fan I've gotten a little bit of passion for design again and wanted to do some cars, but noticed a lot of series hosting GT3s either don't have enough up-to-date decals, or the ones we do have are sometimes less than ideal quality. So I've been going around reading any Sporting regs I could find and creating decals as close to code as I can, including making note of the scales so people can have everything at proper sizes. I've also spent forever tracking down fonts and reversing colors for some sponsors and numbers just to make sure everything is good. So far for the 2025 regs I've gotten WEC+Le Mans, GTWCEu+Spa, British GT, ELMS, and ASLMS. I do have the sporting regs for a couple more like GTWCAus, and IMSA, the former which I'll be encoding today, and the latter I'm a bit disillusioned with since Kaz is allergic to just letting you edit the entire bnner for no reason. Of the regs I have completed so far, you may view a preview below. Again these are all 2025 regulations only:

Would you guys be interested in these if when I finished I posted all the example cars with completed alongside every decal with a guide? And furthermore, if you are a very rare kind of person, who for some reason has the 2025 GTWC America/Asia regs, would you be as kind as to make sure I obviously NEVER see them? Especially since the SRO has for some reason locked the sporting regs to only competitors in a menu on their website that requires a login making it completely impossible to complete my 2025 set to the accuracy I desire. It would be very nice if I continue to not see the sporting guides for those. I definently don't need to make a set for those series.

What do you guys think? Will my days of work locked up in a room making and remaking a bunch of SVGs be of use to anybody or did I waste my time. Definently let me know while I do the GTWCAus regs today and continue to scrape the internet for other regs. Furthermore, if you have some sporting regs of any other GT3 series I might've missed feel free to send them to me and I'll work on making sure everything gets properly translated into the game at adequate quality and scale. ALSO: These regs are usable for any GT3 car since it's based on a real ruleset, not just the Ferrari. I just used the Ferrari as a base for everything cause I liked it.

Real nice 👍

I've seen a lot of love for the Ferrari GT3, the F-3500B, and the Power Pack cars, but am surprised the FTO has seemingly gotten little love on this forum, considering it's place as a GT series staple. Maybe the fact it is the quintessential "Gran Turismo" archetype of vehicle, without being a super iconic "hero car" like it's JDM contemporaries is making people gloss over it or something.

FTO LM Race Car replica from Gran Turismo 3, my favorite iteration of the FTO LM. The only thing I'm missing is a racing number on the hood, but I couldn't make it work accurately because of where the number plate is positioned on the real car. Maybe just keep it on the hood and move the Castrol decal down?
