It's extraordinarily unlikely that EA hold an license exclusively for that particular car when they have approximately zero games that would use it. I get your point with Forza but even then, the spending power of Microsoft who could then charge us for the privilege of having it made that a very different scenario.Not necessarily. Remember that Forza Motorsport 3 (or was it 4?) had a porsche dlc WHILE ea had the exclusive rights to porsche cars (and licenses).
So far no car manufacturer or game publisher made their license agreements public so license discussions will always be educated guesses at best.
