Hi, just purchased gt sport today from the ps store. Upon checking the main menu option of the game, I see my game output is set to 2K Prioritize frame rate mode. It is grey out and does not let me the option to choose 2k Prioritize Quality mode. I have 4k hdr tv and all hdmi ports supports 4k hdr. Does anyone have any idea how I can choose the ideo output from the game to set to 4K instead of 2k. Thanks

tv must hdr10 compatible too

yes its hdr10. Upon searching for a solution, i came across a post from Ps4pro reddit that it is grey out because the option only applies to 1080p video output. I have tested this by changing my video output from the PS menu to 1080p and in game I was given the option to choose between Quality & framerate. But once change back to 4k video output on my tv, the setting for choosing between options is grey out. So I am assuming that is how it suppose to be if you are using a 4k tv with a ps4 pro. Unless anyone else has more insight about this, please let me know.

I have PS4 Pro, playing on my Sony Bravia 4K, 65'' with HDR and it is normal, you can not change this option (grey out).

Make sure to fix your correctly your video settings on your PS4 PRO (not in game).

SYSTEM : MODE BOOST and HDCP : ON

VIDEO SETINGS : every options on AUTOMATIC (and then, check the information of your exit video (last option in bottom) and it is supposed to be 3840 x 2160 - 60hz, YUV422(HDR), HDCP 2.2, HDR on)

AUDIO : Bitstream DTS (if you have what you need to run DTS sound like a home theater)

Now in game (GT Sport)
Video output : HDR on
HDR Peak brightness : 4 (my choice)

If you have all of this, everything is fine ! ;)
Have fun

Sorry for my English, my menu (ps4 pro and gt sport) is in French and I am french Canadian so, my English is not perfect. :)
