Saw this on my youtube recommendations:

I've copied the feature set:
  • Custom made high fidelity vehicle dynamics simulation
  • Complex aerodynamics with location and altitude based atmospheric effects
  • Detailed tire surface modeling, wear, dirt and temperature changes
  • Driver head and body physics, vibration of flexible car chassis parts
  • Simulating ground contacts and wheel-to-wheel collisions
  • Liquid temperatures, pressures and heat radiation
  • 5 different tire compounds with unique grip, temperature and wear characteristics
  • Light conditions depending on the geo-location and exact race time
  • Moving sun light and shadows affect local air and track temperatures
  • Wet / dry transitions, moving rain clouds and dynamic rain coverage, local weather
  • Dynamic drying of racing line after rain
  • Different grip condition over the track surface, rubbered and dirty areas
  • Erosion of vehicle components due to inappropriate or too aggressive driving, like vibrations caused by flat spots make suspension failures more likely, or inefficient cooling may lead to engine problems
  • 10 season championship career mode
  • Competitive computer opponents
  • Race a single weekend, a whole championship season or just jump in for an instant action
  • Track marshals waving flags, extinguishing fire and running in to push retired cars off the track
  • Pit stops with force feedback, pit crew members act individually and cooperate during tire change and wing repairs, double-stack support
  • Realistic race start option with the risk of jump start
  • Full authentic driving mode for the daredevils
  • Interactive pit monitor in qualifying and during pre-season testing
  • Race engineering, rich car setup options, analyzing telemetry data, compare different setups in graphs
  • Various mechanical failures and mishaps, punctures, lose wheel, liquid leakage and more
  • Wide range of driving assists, optional physics features to make driving easier
  • Customizable helmet presets, driver names and racing numbers for each driver that are reflected on the car liveries
  • Selectable driver and pit crew apparel
  • Collision and mechanical damages, body parts breaking off on impact, efficiency loss after hard contacts
  • Customizable secondary cockpit view
  • Keyboard, XBox controller and force feedback steering wheel support with clutch pedal and H-pattern shifter
  • Adjustable keyboard steering assist
  • Printer support, print all your stats, results and setups and put them in a binder folder
  • Fancy prizes to win, in-game trophy display
  • Driver hand signs to celebrate your victory during the cool down lap
  • Retro visual filters to mimic 8-bit home computers and 256 color low resolution screen modes
I must say, I am looking forward to it. Looks to only be on PC.

A lot of WIP vids on the developer’s Youtube. The AI looks pretty good.

AI looks a lot better than some other recent games

Had a look to see if modding support will be included quote:

"Probably not in the initial release, I'll be glad if it will work properly as a game :)
Then again, I did everything with mod-ability in mind, so all cars, tracks, seasons are standalone packages, so technically it's already possible."

So, it's a maybe-maybe-not kind of situation.

But also, it's unlikely online multiplayer will be on launch.

I love the smell of ISImotor in the morning.

PLEASE release this on consoles, it looks absolutely brilliant. The attention to detail and authenticity there is stunning, I’ve never seen such convincing unlicensed liveries, sponsors, car models etc, if the track models and physics live up to the aesthetics then it’ll be amazing, I’ll buy a ****** laptop just to play this and that’s a promise.
