I finally got it!!! I've played it for 4.5 hours now and I'm taking a break for dinner..

Quick question though...do any of the lowrider cars have hydraulics?

Like many other things that i liked in SA this is not in IV:indiff:
 
Awww...that sucks. Oh well. Another quick question. I see that the game quicksaves, so I'm assuming I don't have to go back to my hideout every time i want to save?

None of the pigeons are hidden well. It's easy to just run into them. In fact, you can find 2 in the same place in one location, with one just a few feet above on a wall.

That's not true at all, a few of them so far are ridiculously well hidden.

IGN guide
This pigeon is on the very center of the railing at the higheset point of the airport control tower at the eastern end of the airport. To get this guy, you need two things: 1) a sniper rifle and 2) large cojones. Get behind the main airport building (the one with pigeon number 25 in the circular opening). There's a fence that separates the safe zone (west) from the highly secured airport runway (east). You need to cross this line and get close enough to the control tower that the game begins rendering the pigeon. This will trigger a four star alarm, but you have time to pull out your sniper rifle and peg the bird from directly west of its location.

This pigeon is hiding inside the top portion of this building and is not visible from the streets. You can ride a chopper to the rooftop to spot it, or just throw a grenade into the window from the streets.

Those are both on the first island, and would be very difficult to find even if you used www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com.

edit: It took me 109 hours to realize you can turn off the handbrake cam. Soooo much better. :dunce:

No you don't have to go back and save now, after a mission is complete it auto saves and it also tells you that it is saving it:tup:

What exactly is the handbrake cam?
 
It you steal a forklift near where you do the missions for Phil, one of the other workers will get in another and chase you, fun stuff.

The camera follows the tail of your car when it's enabled. Looks cool, but not practical.
 
Ok i got you on the handbrake cam. I seen the setting but i didn't really know what it was. Mine must be off by default because i haven't touched it and the cam doesn't do anything like that, and i use the handbrake on every turn.
 
There is a 'garage' icon that comes up about one block east of the Bohan safe house. I've ran around it a dozen times but i cant figure out if it can be used for anything. I was hoping it could be used to store some of my sexy cars, does anyone know what its for?

Also, i'm at almost 60% in an R18 UK copy, but have still not got to the cut scene that was removed from the Australian copy to get it down to M15. Is it towards the end?

It's Stevie's Garage. He will text you some specific cars then you'll find it and bring it there.
Each cars have different money cash and he wants 30 cars. after you complate stevie's car you can use that garage whenever you want. Just bring a car and take your money ;)
 
yes and you can use pay n spray shops to make it new.

sometimes I really like to stop in red lights and obey to traffic rules but since first GTA there is always the same problem. you stop but drivers behind you wont. they mostly rub. It's been 4th GTA included expansions and rockstar didint fix it.

btw how to disable handbrake cam? :)
I always drive in hood cam. I got no time to figure it out.
 
If you're delivering cars for Stevie and they're smashed up when you get to Bohan, park outside your safehouse there and then grab another car and drive away a bit and come back and your car will be magically healed. Then take it to Stevie's and get the maximum cash for it.

When you've finished the list of 30, you can still deliver more cars there, but you get much less money now for them.

True, but you have to make sure the car is the same color. If it isn't, he won't take it.

you sure about that? because I did it a lot. I didint care if it was same color or not but everytime I brought it to the garage there said "vehicle in perfect condition bla bla", never refused ;)

Every time I've taken one of the cars on Stevie's list into a Pay'n'Spray on the way to delivering it, it's always come out the same colour as it went in.
 
I've discovered that Stevie's garage in Bohan has an odd glitch. I don't know if it's true when delivering the 30 cars he texts you about, but when you're delivering extra cars after the list of 30 is complete to the Bohan garage, you get more money for slightly damaged cars than for cars in perfect condition.

For example, a Huntley Sport in perfect condition is worth $3500, but if you give it a minor scrape or bang, then it's worth $4000 minus the damage so you'll get about $3900 for it. The same goes for each car I've tested so far, it's worth a certain amount if undamaged and worth up to almost $500 more if slightly damaged.
 
yeah that must be a glitch or faulty calculation :)

I've discovered that whenever your friends wants to meet you first accept their meeting then call and cancel it. It wont effect friend-like percent
 
Interesting discovery, Rainmaster.. What about if you call them and set up the appointment to hang out?
 
hmm I dont have a clue about that because I'm not calling them at the moment. I'm at %97.5 and all I care is killing those birds :) but what you said should be a neutral thing just like my discovery. no 👍 or 👎
 
it really sucks that once the depot get's burned there are no more taxi missions. I feel like this is by far the best gta story wise ever, but once the story is done...
 
What's the fastest way to increase friendship with characters? Just doing various activities? I need 30% higher for Jacob and 45% higher for Packie. :scared:
 
I need him for completion though. :irked:

Edit: I just called Jacob to go Eating, and right as he got out of the car, a car hit him at full speed and injured him, thus reducing our friendship level. :mad: :lol:

Its funny when you just start shooting one of your mates in the face and he falls on the sidewalk dead and then it tells you that you injured your mate. No i didn't! I killed him!

you dont have to reach to %100. %70- %80 is enough.
Do all avaliable activities with all of your friends then they will unlock their special abilities for you. and you complate a little percent of game ;)
 
god I dont want to play this game anymore. I was following pigeon guide. I kill 144 pigoens. but I killed one pigeon in number 160-180 so I must have killed 145 pigeons in total but it's 144 one is missing and I def cant find it. It blows my mind now.
