For some reason you take absolutely forever to die otherwise. An example was you were shooting me with a pistol, I was shooting you with an AK and I still died. :(

Dont really know anything about the party up feature. I noticed the party option on there but i thought it would be just whoever joined the "party' that would be in the match.

The party feature sets you into a lobby where you can invite your friends. From that point you can go into any game mode together. When the game mode ends, you are still with all your friends in the party. The coolest part is while your in the party lobby you can run around shooting each other in the entire city until you or the host of the party starts the game. Like I said it works just like the Halo 2, Halo 3, and COD4 party systems.
 
Ahh, that sounds good. My friend always complains about how long it takes games to start. He says that nobody ever clicks that theyre ready and he sits there for like 20 minutes. I have never had that problem, i have sit there for maybe 10 minutes max a few times but thats it. So running around shooting each other would make it go by allot faster!

I have a 360, by the way, but I'm sure there'd be enough for both console owners.

Me and 2 people i know are getting on tonight for a little bit of fun. Usually we just go into free mode and find one person that is being either annoying or a jerk and the 3 of us get into a car and just kill him over and over:dopey:



I will send you a request when i get on.


Also totally unrelated, does anyone know if any cheats work in multiplayer? I haven't used a single cheat in the game, don't want to until i complete everything but i have had weird things happen in multi. Like i blast someone in a car and the speed off with fire shooting out of it and then i catch up to them about 6-10 seconds later and the car is brand new again...
 
They probably found a health pack. If you hit one in your car it gets fixed.

Hey guys, maybe someone here can give me a pointer on what to do next. I just finished the mission "pest control" and now there's no mission icons to do....
What more do I have to do to continue with the story?

It happened to me a few times during my game, the mission blip on the map disappears. So if you know where you get the next mission from, just go there and hopefully the yellow arrow should still be there. 👍

Do you hold the trigger down? You are way more accurate if you just burst fire, it helps a lot in the multiplayer because most people probably just hold the trigger down which makes all the guns less accurate. Except the rocket launcher of course. 👍

Nope, we were on the airstrip once and there aren't any health packs where we were. It only happened on this one person so i was wondering about the cheats.
 
How many Rockstar developers play online regularly? I played my first online ranked match tonight and got killed like 50 times in about 20 minutes, but I got promoted and manage to get the Xbox360 achievement for killing a Rockstar developer? I'm skeptical because I also managed to get the Xbox360 achievement for beating a Guitar Hero III developer in an online match.

I suck at online video game play, so how likely is it that I've beaten both a Guitar Hero and GTAIV developer at online play when I suck donkey balls at both games?

well with gta4 it could have simply been luck but I dont know about GH
 
It just seems weird that I played my first ever 30 minutes ranked online play and managed to whack a Rockstar employee. Like I said, I'm pretty crap when it comes to competitive or online play, so maybe I just got lucky, but I find it just a bit hard to believe...

You killed someone who killed a developer. It's a chain type of achievement that has become very popular among developers.

Just because they are a Rockstar employee doesn't give them the auto ability to be just wonderful at the game either. I did the lighting effects for tree's so normal people won't stand a chance against me....nah, i don't see it working that way.

Woo, finally figured out what was missing. Never did any missions for Derrick and couldn't remember where his icon was. Thanks for the tip man 👍 So now I can continue with my game :)
 
Well just a quick question, what happens to the pictures u took on your mobile? cant find them anywhere?

Unless they dont save which would be stupid because whats the point then?

Sorry but did that the 2nd day i had the game, just pissed me off cause i couldn't do anything to hurt it. I unloaded on the thing and nothing:indiff:
