GT 5 XL Codes

[maf427]

I bought GT5 XL, which came with the upgrade code.
After awhile I decided to start the game over with a new account.
The upgrades and not on the new account. My question is there
any way to get those upgrades with out buying them?

If you mean DLC, the only things that would be missing are the first packs. The cars and tracks are obtainable by downloading the family packs, paints and suits must be purchased for every account you want to use them on. Also remember to install them on GT5's main menu.
