The original concept car was a hydrogen/electric car with electric motors in each wheel. When Citroen went to actually build it in limited numbers, however, they swapped the hydrogen and electric stuff out with a Ford-sourced V8 engine. Then they canceled production outright anyways.
I have been using the Concept to farm money from the Extreme Euro Rome race. Over the 5 laps of the race the Concept manages to consume about a third of its battery capacity which means it is (I presume) useless for races longer than 30 miles. Nice car to drive rapidly, though initial accelleration is not spectacular due to the single gear.
