Sadly it is to balance a smooth gameplay as these things stress up framerate.
 
Well it was possible on PS1 though. (not in Gran Turismo games)
 
Since all I can do is stare. I took a lot of screencaps of the photos they had scrolling through.

The more I look at the menus and the more replays I tell myself it's a work of art .. it's even more of the video game at this point there ..

Nice! Been listening to parts of the OST which is on YouTube, happy to hear that they've put it up on Spotify.

on a normal tv in 2K without the HDR it is already incredible .. then in 4k / HDR
I guess not .. soon I need a new screen .. this game will sell 4k TV by whole truck oO OMFG

I'm planning to buy the Sony ZD9, it make me sad to not exploit the great work they have done on lightning.
 
I try remember reading the interview some where on the internet. The cost lighting engin for this game cost around 40 million dollar when PD bought it for the game. I see it freaking worth it for every penny. Since it see future proof upgrade.

I was pretty sure the engine was developed in house. 40M dollars also sound way too much.

I love the way the focus FF car take the turn at alsace village 0.09. I pray for the FF physics been the way it look in the video. It seems to have a great eagerness.
