How have you managed to do the fly bys views like at 0:54 sec to 1:15 sec. I'm interested in doing something like that, Is that using another car as the camera?

I can explain the situation to the best of my abilities, I was blatantly punted off track and got penalized for it, but I can not begin to put into words how a situation as obviously broken as this is allowed to happen almost a year after the games release.
