Cars are cool and all but since I've only put KMs on 19% of the cars already in game, I'm more interested in tracks!!!

I'm guessing either Deep Forest, Motegi, or Laguna Seca. If we get one at all of course, but apparently there are 3 real world courses designed already and we know Deep Forest has been in development since the game came out.

I've been using GTP for about 5 years I've registered today (for future use) must mostly to say, what a dissapionting update. I know the AE86 has a big fan base but for me it's Audi. I've been mentioning new Audis since the games release, and what do they had a 16 year old Audi TT that I think has been in almost every other GT - absolutely nothing new here. What about a basic Audi A3 2011? A3 Sport 2014, S3 2012, RS3 2016, R8 Spyder, A4 2018, dissapionting. Same with the Honda fit and Renault Gordini... Yes everything is free am Im truly grateful for this and commended them imensley but maybe they need to change their business model to give players actually new cars. Forza Horizon 4 wipes the floor with this car list. Whilst I'm on the subject and having a little rant, sport mode races. PD are using repeats and then players are using 1 op car. Same in multiplayer N200 4C N400 911.. Starting to feel like I'm playing a demo or prologue.

Rant over.

Keep the racing clean people and give room.

You've clearly not been paying attention to PD over the years then have you?

They almost never do 'new' cars. They've always been way behind on adding modern stuff and even when they do it's not the cars you see in every other racing game that you'd expect them to have. Sadly it's one of the more annoying quirks that PD and Kaz have.

Expecting them to have the latest on the button cars like Forza, NFS, PC, etc is like expecting them to give you everything at once and on time to boot, it's just not going to happen. They'll lag behind established norms as ever because it's just what they do, it's their approach and nobody elses.

You posters are a dime a dozen.

Hey outside of one car he's not wrong and most updates have GT6 cars being brought back. It's a running theme with the updates and I've had enough of it. I'd rather they work on all new cars, even if it means we get less each month.

Not wrong, but still a dime a dozen.

I don't see an issue with bringing back GT6 cars. There's a lot of popular and iconic cars from that game that are still not in GT Sport, and to leave them out because they were in a previous game would be silly.

That's fine, if they only added cars from this decade that are relevant to the real world of racing and sports cars. Stop giving us random 90's JDM crap and move on.

Just what I wanted to say.

No offense, but that's a pretty weak argument. 80s/90s JDMs were the lifeblood of the first GT and what got a lot of people into the series. How can you honestly say they need to "move on" when those cars have been a series staple for over 20 years?

They are wrong. A remodelled car does not mean port. A port is uploading the previous model to this game, not starting from scratch.

Agree somewhat, but also LFA, Murcielago, 300 SL C6, C5, F430, Weider HSV GT500, Viper ACR, and ‘69 Camaro all say hello.

(This is just what I recall having wide-spread popularity back in the day)

wWith all due respect, because we've had them for so long already. We had our fun. Let's move on to keeping up with the times. The game doesn't even have a Ferrari 488...

You're missing the point but I get what you're saying.

Mileage exchange really needs one specific update now

If PD could add GT5/6 premiums with very little effort, and at a fraction of the time it takes to create new cars, would you still not want them?

I mean personally, I would rather have all of GT6’s 200-ish new premiums than a handful of new-to the series cars like the McLaren Senna and all the other cars requested ad-nauseum

I would rather race with my eyes closed than look at the back of a McLaren Senna, it would make the online races crash-fests.

Honestly, no I wouldn't want them. I had my fun with that era. I moved on to games like Project Cars and Assetto Corsa that have all the legends of racing and all the modern supercars and sports cars to play around with.

Then why the heck are you here? To stir up drama? Buzz off.

To have an opinion. Just because it's different from yours doesn't mean you have to tell me to "buzz off".

Some of us still love those cars and enjoy driving them. If you prefer the cars in AC and PCARS2 then just play those.

We could have Sugo, Motegi or Buriram tomorrow

I do. I'm allowed to play all three if I so chose...

An opinion is an opinion. Yes you're entitled to it, but the way you worded it was definitely 'trigger-worthy'.

ESPECIALLY when you call 90s JDM cars trash. Yes, because the Lancer Evo IV and R33 GTR are TOTALLY trash. :irked:

Then you still get to experience the cars you like. These updates are all FREE after all so expecting them to add cars that appeal to everyone’s tastes is unlikely. Personally I think the updates are great considering they aren’t charging a penny for them. Don’t see a need to complain about it in that case. I could see why you would if they were paid, but they aren’t.
