Once you've got your B license, cash is pretty easy in GT1 . (Definitely easy once you've got your A license). And, in any case, the licenses really aren't all that difficult. If you find the licenses difficult, the races are likely to be frustrating, anyway. There might still be on the web somewhere (maybe) a copy of the old PlayStation Underground download with all licenses and a bunch of cash and cars. http://cheats.ign.com/ob2/068/002/002226.html Describes that download disc, but I can't spot any copies anywhere...
