You can't delete a thread. There were issues here a while ago with deleted threads, and it's now not possible for anyone to do it.
If you want this thread removed, send a private message to one of the moderators and ask them to do it. To do that, look in the list of threads: above this is a list of the moderators. For this forum, they are Jordan, NocturnalPS and Talentless. Click on any of them and you will be taken to their profile, which has a "Send xxx a private message".
You can rename a thread, or move it to a different forum using the Admin Options, which you will find at the bottom of any thread over to the right of the window.
I'm afraid you can't create your own forum, although if you have an idea for a new forum (or a question about the forums, or any form of suggestion) post it in the Questions and Comments forum.
There are only two things not covered in the Acceptable Use Policy (which can be seen at the very bottom of any screen in GTP) that generally annoy people:
Threads in the wrong forums, and
Threads on subjects already covered in detail.
Sadly, this was both, hence me and neon_duke making our initial suggestions. There aren't any hard feelings at my end, and I know neon_duke quite well, so I can say that he won't have any either.
