GT3 euro version

Would the GT3 game from the uk work on an american system??? I your from the uk and have an idea or from anywhere please let me know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because I would love to buy a copy of GTconcept Geneva.

Simple answer, no, it wouldn't work. The UK version runs on the Pal system, while American consoles are use the NTSC system. We can't run your games, and you can't run ours. Unless of course you have a Pal PS2 that is, but I doubt it seeing as it would be running on 220v, not the 110v that you get out of the wall sockets in the US. There may be ways around it, but I haven't seen any.

I back that, the pal version of GT3 wouldn't work m8, because of PAL/NTSC Clash.

The only way that would happen would be if you were able to get your hands on a mod chip that lets you play imported origionals (good luck if you can) Also your TV would have to be Pal Compatible. Most new Tv`s in the Uk are NTSC compatible so I don see why it isnt the opposite in america

Hey, that is what computers are for..... I could easily play ANY DVD movie on my computer, you just have to use the loophole. There are loopholes to almost anything these days. And if there doesn't seem to be a loophole, MAKE ONE!!!

That would be a nice idea though, just to claim that you got 100% on the PAL and NTSC versions of GT3!!! :burnout:

I wanted to get all the versions of gt3 UK, Japanese and US. BUt id probably only play the Japanese one.
