Very nice job! But how are we going to enforce these specs? They're all slightly different, and there wouldn't be anything to stop people boosting their cars to max PP if their cars lower apart from trust! And how do you force someone to run the right turbo?

Good results though, if we run them like that the racing will be great :)
 
what about PPlimit or hp and weight limit to balance all the cars , how manage that in others treads
 
the hp will be set to a max of 305.and the weight will be set to a min. of 1100 kg. ive raced against all these cars at the same time under these restrictions, the racing was great. if there is no problem with turning off all the driving aids with the exception of the TC, then thats what ill do.
 
325 HP/1100 kg is a better option.The average of the fastest 6 cars is 327 hp.Also if you want more than 8 drivers in the series i would allow people to pick what they want instead of a 2 car limit.

im not opposed to setting the hp to 327 if the majority agrees. as far as limiting the cars, i was hoping to do a team points with a team of two.but that to is negotiable.im open to discuss this further here and with whomever is present to practice tomorrow.
 
525pp should hit the spot for all the cars, all aids off and just ABS set to 1

525 is too low and will make the RX-7 the clear favorite.The other cars would have to run with some serious restrictions to make that number and the RX-7 @ 529 already would lose very little.

The average not counting the IS350 & 08 Impreza is 534,with them its 537.

I'd be interested in this series if someone wants to trade me a celica...also Sunday nites are not good for me ...the FIA cup takes about 2 + hours to run...Saturday nites after 9 are good...or maybe Friday nites before 10...
 
By open tuning, do you mean fit anything you like as long as it's detuned? Like including stage 2/3 turbos and engine mods?
 
Yeah makes sense, easier to monitor it all too! I'm not too fussed on the rules really, as long as there's some nice close racing involved. :) Quite looking forward to seeing how Andy's tournament turns out!
 
i joined andy's GT300 series to see how things fair with his rules.i would hope everyone that has posted in my thread would try to make it in aswell,before it fills up anyway.
