Well after i cooled down, i also thought of that whole demo deal as a big set up.
As Methadonmann put, there is not such thing like GT3 Turbo. No turbos in GT Porsches, as far as i'm concerned

The renders weren't made by PD, they're the ones Audi used when they introduced the A4 DTM last year.

we need in germany for every game a age verification certificate called "USK", every game become once, longer time before the release date!
that "USK" have a database with certificated games
as sample the BMW demo was in it since about 3 month! and nothing in like a audi demo or so.... 💡

Dude, that's a complete copy of a post (click) in the German Audi DTM post... 👎



But it's a fake... those german posters figured it out because the guy who made it up, made some mistakes:

-different codes for school and arcade mode, but it only has one track ;
-the Porsche thing;
-the cover shot;
-releasing codes for a game which isn't out yet AND has no mention in the German USK data base;
-he can't post any screenshots because he doesn't have the equipment and ofcourse doesn't know anybody who has.

So, it's definitely a fake!

Folks, forget about the Audi Demo. I read the whole thread over at granturismo.de and these two (well, probably one) guy is someone with a serious ego problem. As PunkRock already put it, the Audi renders are hardly from PD. The texture work is just too bad for PDs quality. Plus some other things ...

Have you ever seen a GT car with just enviroment mapped headlights ? No other texture ? Hardly ... Front grill and wheels are modeled ? Never ! Way too many polygons spend for too less detail ...

Lets stop speculating and just wait until ... well, until GT4 is released ...

So for now we have another, hotter reason for new discussions. I hope we can say: "Thanks Audi for showing us the first real Porsche in a GT-game."

Hate to bust yur balls man but there was a GT3 911 in GT3, granted it was hidden and needed a gameshark, but it was there, and when you used the codes to have the complete car, the stats where very accurate with a real GT3 911. So it would be the second "hidden" Porsche. But if it ends up being in the final it will be noted as the first legit Porsche in a GT game. But it all appears to be a fake which I'm sure irritates alot of people.
