But PLEASE don't start with the car list! I'm begging you! There have just been too many posts about this topic. I'm suggesting a ban on all topics about what cars should be on GT4. Why? It's just to repetative. If they want to talk about them, use the older threads, but don't create new ones. Sorry if I sounded harsh, but there's just so many threads about that subject...

To help you GTC starved USA bretheren I noticed something in the intro of GT Concept Tokyo Geneva edition. The start shows a map starting at Detroit, then goes to Geneva, then to Toyko..... Well so far there has been Gran Turismo Concept Tokyo, then Gran Turismo Concept Tokyo Geneva, which are two out the three cities, so I wonder if there will be a Gran Turismo Concept Tokyo Detroit? Just a guess but kinda makes sense to me..... I would like that having finished both the Tokyo and Geneva editions....... :)

He's probably just wanting to get his post ##'s up, and he's probably one of the people that always yawn REALLY LOUD during movies, just so everyone can hear him.
 
I hate to worry anyone or start assuming things but what if:

💡 GTC Comes out in :USA:, and then GT4 also gets delayed reaching US as they want Maximum :up: Sales on GTC? :rscared: Sounds like a gamers worst Nightmare? :ghost:

Arg...i don't even own a PS2 yet! Hey, GTC and GT4 are great reasons to buy one though! But byt the time they are released, will there be a PS3? Or X-Box2???? Or Gamecube2?!?!?! AAHHHH!! SO MANY CONSOLES AND SO MANY REPEATS!! The X-Box is already more powerful then my PC!!
 
Seeing the incident with GT3, (was it suppose to be available the same time as the launch?) it was delayed some, and then some more, and then some more, maybe GT4 really will only make it to the US in 2005, when PS3 comes out...

That's not the case. GT 2000 was suppose to be available at PS2 launch. GT 2000 was a high-res version of GT2 (with less cars). So PD changed mind and we got GT3 one year after PS2 launch.
 
How bout, in GT4 it will contain:
-A hi-resolution and hi definition GT1 and GT2 all in the disc 1. It features the latest cars and some extras in the game or just being a back trax.
-GTC back trax and the documentary "Attack Gran Turismo" in the disc 2
-And the 'main event' GT4 on the third disc.

Well I tried, just tell me if its sucks.

The whole deal about having GT1, I mean, that game was okay, but GT2 blew it out of the water, with the dealership races, all of the same cars plus a ton more, " for the tracks, you should have just said GT2. I miss muscle cars...:cry:
 
Yeah, I wished they would've kept the Muscle cars for GT3, but this time with their TRUE power after the upgrades.

I hope they don't disappoint and take away things that were promised in 2 and 3.
 
Even if the muscle cars aren't available at launch, they'll come out via downloads hopefully, and maybe people can make their own...oO
 
hey everybody,just wanted to make a somewhat,pretty close quote to what the developer of the GT series announced at the Tokyo Game Show...to put it plain and simple,he announced that the performance of GT4 was gonna be none like any other racing game anybody has ever experienced.The realism was going to catch the attention of non-drivers,non-gamers,and of course everybody,nationwide!the development may be delayed though -_-,for some odd reason,the companies such as Mitsubishi,Honda,and Acura didn't want GT4 to have a crash simulation on it as well (greedy bastards..) because they didn't want people to play the game and think that their lives could be in danger if they ACTUALLY bought the car..in other words,GT4 may have made the damage that was done to the car (maybe worse) than what the actual CRASH TEST (yeah,the one with the dummies) proved..so some car companies protested against GT4's idea of you having to repair for the cost of damage done to your car,but the thought of it could still be in the making anyways..hey,everybody has to learn from their mistakes of continuously hitting that SAME wall right? :lol: so anyways,the delayment of GT4 was announced and was said to be released in 2004,somewhere close to when the PS3 comes out..which COULD be a good thing,but it could also kill those GT series lovers out there for having to wait THAT long,what do you think?

Um, I heard PS3 is expected about 4th Quarter 2004 through 1-2 quarters 2005. And Sony also slanted toward the latter. I'm also guessing GT4 will come out in Japan some time in mid 2003, world-wide 2nd/3rd quarter 2004. That's just my hypothesis
