Take a picture in GT4 transfer it to your PC, load it into photoshop and yeah go Crazy with it.

Where the hell do you get that HKS EVO Xtreme8?! Its not in the game.

I have the PAL version BTW.

I believe it is in the Tuner Village under HKS, goto full model or something.
