GT for the PC will never see the daylight at least as long as PD is owned by Sony.

It is as simple as that.

Final Fantasy XI online is for PS2 and PC

Sony own PD, therefore Sony own Gran Turismo, since Sony make the PS2, it wouldn't be the best marketing strategy to make Gran Turismo a multi-format game, Gran Turismo is one, if not the best racing game around and it's the kind of game that people buy a PS2 for, if Sony suddenley make GT available for the PC, people don't need to buy a PS2 to play it anymore.

Thats why it will never be a PC game.
