You can see the car if you look closely at the road that's not part of the track. it's a Spoon ITR w/ a wing. :)

I don't remember what turn that is.

the turn is just before 2 heavy corners one next to the other on the top of the track...the 2 corners of 180º...the road here is the car its the shourt cut but u cant pass ther :(
