The bridge is new, the asphalt is new iirc. and there are different ads (no billboards in the first corner anymore). Just watch some videos on YouTube and compare for yourself.
The pit lane entry is earlier as well, thankfully, I ruined a few races in GT4 by losing concentration and running straight into the wall between the entry and the final turn.
