well, i reaslly hope you're right, that would be great you know, but will just have to wait and see, but i can tell ya , i'll be exited as hell if GT4 comes out before christmass in europe, i mean that would totally rock my world:rolleyes:

oooh and about the money thing, yeah i know you're right:D i was just makin'a joke, but i gotta tell ya, games are expensive in our little country:rolleyes: but what are ya gonna do??

Indeed, in the Netherlands this game is gonna cost u almost 70 euro..or $83 in american dollars (1 euro is 1 dollar and 19 cent)
:irked: :irked: :irked: :irked: :irked: ( it is worth the money ofcourse)

Actually i would like to know how expensive the game is in the U.S. , Australia and other parts of the world. Can someone fill me in on this?

In the UK PS2 games cost up to about 40£s (I think, havent brought one for ages) I remember Nintendo are v expensive I remember when Street Fighter Turbo came out about 10 years ago it cost 65 squid!!!

The Greatest Hits version of GT3a is currently going for a mere $20.00 here, in the states.

Is highly unlikely that GT 4, will go for anything less then $54.95 upon it's release.

Just a piont on the number of cars in GT4, PD have said there will be more than any other GT game, did'nt GT2 have close to 600, which wouldmean more than 500 in GT4, I think 500 was the minimum target, but seen as they are still making some deals with certain manufacturers it's still too early to get an exact number.

Well, Since the releasedate in europe isn't delayed, and because we are always one of the last continents were the game is released. EVERYBODY IS WORRYING FOR NOTHING!!!! GT4 will be released before christmas, and that is logical offcourse, People spent a lot of money, just for some lazy presents. The sales of GT4 will be sky-high. The sony guys ain't stupid, this is the way to get the big bills very fast.

I think your right. But remember what happed with A-Spec? when It was released it had glitches because of the rush to get it out. If they release this one {GT4} before Christmas it's sure to have glitches in it also. Im going to wait until 2004 to get it. probably a safe bet is around February when all the glitchy GT4 disks are possibly sold.

2004 :(, ah well, just sit in front of the tele ogglin at GT3's crudeness. LOL.

I think the speculation is an October release in Japan for GT4. I'll be in Japan in mid october so I'll have a look around while I'm there for it.

500 cars means 250 Lancers! Just kidding!

Probably tell'n the truth, I think it has more Lancers than anything.

no what else? If they have as many as are in GT2 then we may have a problem, We may be looking at two disks. The problem I see is that In GT2 we had to reset in order to play the second disk. In the Driver2 when we had to switch to another disk it just loaded the second disk but in ower GT games we had to reset. Hope we dont have this problem.

The rumor is GT4 will be a world wide release this time around. It is set to be released somewhere between 10th December, and 16th December. Most people, myself included, believe the release date is 12th December.

I think Sony, and PD, wanted to stop hearing from little ****s who cry that they have to wait for a game, when somebody in another country already has it. Plus, Sony wanted to stop people from modding their PS2's. Sony asked people who have modded their PS2, and the most frequent answer was, "To play games from Japan, because they get them first." Of course that's not the only reason.

Mid December makes a lot of sense. Just in time for the Christmas sales explosion. There is no way Sony is going to miss out on that.

Not necessarily. Not only do DVDs have a much greater storage capacity than CDs when single layered, but DVDs can be dual-layered and have up to 9 GB of storage.
