we dont have to own the GT40 though right ?
Cos if arcade is completed (or wherever you need to get to) the game lets you use the GT40.

I have been driving the GT40 road car in the amature gran tursmo world championship I won the first race, came secon on the second race and 3rd and 4th I came 1st and I havn't done the rest, the toughest car to get past is the oreca viper, I can easly beat the corvette because he pits in every race!:D

Oh by the way, its a stock GT40 roadcar!:D

I work in the insurance world !! Its really interesting !!

Im on a 13 hour shift today and tomorrow.

@radiocool - I bet you're on holiday from school as well.

Getting loads more practice time than I can in the GT40.

that for PS2 or X-Box ?? I read a review of it a while ago and the mag was on about how much its going to beat the GT series. Is it the one with the trucks in it ???

And hopefully the interest on the GT40 cup wont go down the pan because you'll be playing that all the time !!!

It's not coming out on ps2:( and yes, there are trucks. Also the GT40 cup wont go down the pan cause of RD2, we would just use the GT40's in RD2 instead:lol: Joking.
 
I'll have to rent it to see how it plays. Let us know how good it is.

I havent played GT3 for ages, I dont really remember driving the GT40 much - other than the really really bad licence test !!!

I'll have to blow the dust off it - then blow away the competition !!!!!HAHAHA !!!!!
 
I would also race in the racing car class, but I don't have the racing car version, I only have the road car.:(
If I had the racing one I would blow the competition away in the amature gran turismo world championship!

I might have a crack at what you're doing myself tonight !! I dont even know if Ive got the GT40's or not. I'll get em if not.

RD2 looks brilliant. I hope it plays as good as it looks.

The first race is really easy, I had trouble at laguna seca because I'm only just starting to get good at that track.:)

I only have ToCa Race driver 1.
I don't know why they ditched the ToCa part in the name.:confused:
 
They didn't I just say race driver. It's still called toca over there but there is no BTCC in the game!:odd:
 
I had Toca 1 and liked it a lot - the handing of the cars was a little "strange" though.

It took me a few seconds to get radicool rather than radiocool

infact thinking about it what does radiocool mean - I mean radicool, then yes from radical but radiocool !! Madness.

radicool02 is my msn handle so I just needed something to remember so I called my that. But what you don't know is m,y real name isn't radicool02, its...Jack:eek:

Yes, RD1's handeling is a bit strange, I hate how the more powerful rear wheel drive cars spin the wheels so much at the start.
 
ToCa 1 is a different game from ToCa Race Driver 1.

For sure - its a killer for a beginner.

So I checked last night and was going to have a mess around with the GT40 but :eek: I havent even got one !!!!

So I need to get the race version tonight then !! I think its time to check in the GT3 archive thing and see where I can win one !!!!
 
I think you get it from the pro world champs, you get the road car from the amature all stars.
 
Yeah I had a look - its the Pro world champs for me. At least I can make sure I get the car with the save trick thing.

Thats my night planned then !!!
 
I sould try and win the race car tomorrow before I get RD2, if I do get it tomorrow.If I win the race car I wll enter in the racing series too!:D
