GT5 1.11 Update scheduled for 29/8/11

So the major issues haven't been fixed? I also noticed that some of my racing suit duplicates still don't merge. That's a minor issue but not fixed.
 
I dont recall reading all minor errors were fixed ..
 
Unfortunately the out of track bug was fixed. I just tried and you can get out just as easy, but you are reset on the track almost immediately.

That's good. Now we just need some proper time trials. I see one of the the new events is another tribute to the Nissan R390 and power limiter.
 
The flickering graphics issue of SSR7 is still there.. >.<
 
how long until the new jeff gordon event ends?

FTFY, after looking at the leaderboards.

2. More Events
4. Tuning parts on track
5. Some graphic fixes
They also added more racing suits and some other things.

Everyone has to understand that GT5 isn't a Custom-made Game made to fulfill all your expectations. People seems to want to complain more about the game than actually playing it. While the game isn't perfect; it is still enjoyable.

1.- No porsche
2.- No day-night realtime change
3.- no dynamic weather
4.- No rally
5.- At this point there's tracks than fans asked for and seems they're not in the game

Does anyone know if the permanent borrow glitch has been patched?

This......and game glitched on the second Time trial event. Pause button doesn't bring up the pause menu so I was stuck in the event. Had to reset console. Erm, so what did this patch do exactly?
 
The 4th place bug in seasonals seems to be fixed

Sigh another bugfix, but no improved AI. It is the best handling and most realistic out there, but as a racing game it sucks.

Sorry but you need to play GTR2 on the PC before saying that :lol:
 
Theres a new problem arrised! You can no longer get over to the LSD settings in a FF car! :grumpy:

Sorry but ive seen freeware add on tracks for R-Factor and GTR2 that were far better then any PD had created for GT5 and made in less then 3 weeks :scared:

they may look better but are they better ?

with the track editor we got a mighty tool, its so much more fun to drive around tracks you've never seen before then driving all the time arround the same tracks in every game.

sure i also would like to see more real world tracks in gt5, since i'm from austria i would like to see Red Bull Ring, Salzburg Ring, Panonia Ring, Slovakia Ring.

good that gt5 isnt the only racing sim available

Finishing 4th in seasonal events gave you the credits/points then bombed you staight out to the main menu each time so you couldn't re-enter again or watch/save replays.

Not for me. I can access the LSD settings on my FF cars. Double check if you have the LSD installed in the car you want to set up.


But I noticed one new really ANNOYING bug! When scrolling down the cars in my garage (for two to three seconds) it ALWAYS jumps the cursor to the left part of the screen so it effectively slows down car searching in garage. 👎:yuck:👎

Why there comes always new more annoying bugs when they remove some of the old ones? I don't like this.

I admit that there are some good ones, but those are not created withing 3 weeks and are not as good as GT or FM ones.
