My best lap is 1:00:479 but when i retry i only did 1:00:856 can anyone give me some tips on driving styles and driving options

The top players turn off all their assist (except SRF which is ON by default)
You can start by setting the TCS to 1-3 to prevent overspin at corner exit.
As for the styles, load top players ghost, watch their lines and braking points. As i learn, they all took very late apex on all 3 hairpins in tsukuba.
Another tips: don't try to literally follow /race with the ghost, it will destroy your rythm. Just learn the braking point and lines, then turn the gost off and do it your own.
just a 2 cents from me. Btw, they have reached 58 seconds now

I can't even do better than 1.03, only on my 3rd run though.
Maybe I shd turn on TCS a little next time, the car understeers like crazy on comfort mediums lol....

I got a 1.01 as my fastest, not great I know. Only spent half an hour doing it just to get the car.

I think if you can be bothered, and have the skill to put in a good time then drive for a few hours, allow the engine to break-in and gain more horse power and then put in the fastest lap. Just an idea.

A way to counter the under steer - if you're any good with the car then slide the nose of the care into the corner under braking so that when you accelerate the car is pointing in the general direction of the exit. That way the car requires less steering and therefore lessening the problem of under steer.

I think if I spent a day at it I may get under 1 minute but I just can't be bothered to be honest. My driving skill are OK, I'm a fairly good racer but I hate time trails.

I got a 1:01 as well…though I do use the handbrake sometimes if I carry a tad too much speed into a corner. And I hate the car.

Same. Languishing at 1:01.7**...
every 0.1s improvement is painfully slow. The last turn always gets me spinning out when i am doing an ok lap. When I turn at similar speed as the ghost (at 58s), I always lose traction and skid off the track. To avoid that I must brake in advance and powerslide thru the last turn. Think I lose about 1 sec there as at the last hairpin, I am 1.6*s from the 58.9s ghost.

I found late braking well into the last corner can take a good .5 off the time. Braking late enough and while your in the corner, not before, will set you up with a good line for the exit.

I think as the tire wear is disabled, fuel disabled, mileage will not make any change on the engine output.
Slide the rear-end as soon as you let off the brake.

Sorry for Off-Topic, but I'm curious to know what this Seasonal is about. Some guys were hating on it because of the PAL-version getting the cool SLS-event and you guys only had an event with a Nissan.

That was me hating on it The car is a Nissan R35 Spec V, SRF stuck permanently on, on Tsukuba. So disgracing Asian players with the SRF……👎
