Make, Model and Power, just like the main database.

You can delete a car from garage, a long click on the car, and a menu popup.

Yes, the tuning settings.
You see many members on the forums complaining that PD should have included the facility to save multiple set ups, like in GT5P.
I would expect players will have a few tuning set ups for their favourite cars and it would be a benefit to sort through them quickly.
 
Hi,

i'm running 2.2 on my Desire and I'm having probs wih the app. After launching the app I got stuck on a blue background showing a citroen gt race car and "gt5 guide" with a green bar below... !?

database is on sdcard root

what can I do?

Crashes after I loaded all my cars. I can open everything but when I try to open the garage the app force closes. Droid X 2.2.
 
Ok, sorry about that, ok dumb question but is this simply a tool to store your GT5 progress and car settings?

Looks like you have to input everything manually one by one is this true?

BTW working fine on my HTC EVO for the most part. Back button sometimes closes program.
 
Doesn't work on droid incredible, I get the screen with GT5 Guide and a pic of a Citroen GT. It lets me pull up the menu but the only thing I can select is Parameters and selecting a different language doesn't actually do anything.
 
Note: if the .apk file downloads as a .zip file, you will need to rename it to .apk before attempting to install it on your phone...

ps. 1.21 is working perfectly on a XPeria Mini Pro.

It would be nice to add a "question" if you push the back-button.
Sometimes I pushed the button one tolime to often...and I habe to restart the app.
Would be nice to have a "question" before you can close the app...
"Would you realy leave the app? - Yes - No"
 
Installed on Droid x 2.2 and it all works except when I select a track it forces a close......

Sorry but I still don't see the point here.......Not trying to sound like an ass but all I see is I can add cars in a garage and manually input color, mileage, notes, one car at a time, metals one by race. How is this informative?

I think it's very cool that someone is putting in time and effort into a GT5 Application but I'm missing the benefit of doing so.

I would think a database of tunes/drift/track/best cars to use on what race, suspension tips etc. would be very useful.

You can save settings/tunes for a car/track !

The guide provides most of that, the OP has called it settings, it is accessed and displayed in the Garage menu.

I haven't tried it yet, but the app now has the function to Import Settings so in theory a collaborative database could be compiled and imported.

I'm building an Android application for GT5.

The app currently has all the cars, tracks, events from GT5. You can manage your garage and export it.

Database : gt5.sqlite

When you do an update, please update database too.

Copy the databse to your sdcard. Install the gt5_guide.apk. it's ok ;)
