Si i have been around this community a very long time and i have been modding cars and what so ever buy never got in to the deep stuff like changing bhp and that. I was wondering if someone could could give me a download to a savegame with all the cars and some of them have been hacked and 0% career or just a 100% with hacked cars.

Download yourself a garage editor. Garage editor v1.3.1 lets you edit your credits, level & add any car you wish to your garage etc. I can't send you a link to it on here, but they're easily obtainable on the internet.

Search for GT5 Garage editor v1.3.1 on YouTube, click first result. Then check the description of the video.
