Though it would be fun for people to write some GT5 related Haiku considering the game is Japanese and all.

I'll start with a few.

The Red Bull X1
Online it's a real nightmate
Wish it wasn't there

GT needs more cars
Less Skylines and MX-5s
I'd like some Porches

I really like Bob
He drives the same way I do
Crashing other cars


Now it's your turn.

I'm really bad counting sillables (Right spelling?), and by the way you mis-spelled the thread title. /spelling nazi.
 
Skylines are awesome,
Only the vain drive Porsches,

Thanks :D. I did wrote wrong on my previous comment, I actually saw you wrote it right on the thread. Mis-type is the word I actually wanted. I hope I wasn't too harsh, as it wasn't my intention.

Anyway, back to topic:

In Eifel there is
A stripe of green asphalt
That gives joy to me.

Haiku not that hard
Just count all the syllables
then it will be good

Yup, I know. I really (and I'm ashamed to admit it) don't know how to count syllables, and I said it in my first post. Next time you could try constructively pointing other people's out and offer them help instead at loling at them, you know, given how "enlightened" you are :sly:. Just sayin'...I like being taught not being laughed at...

I didn't mean any offence it's just that noone pointed out the requirements for a Haiku.

and I never claimed to be enlightened (Why the quote marks?)

No offence taken really, but you can say things another way. By telling people something you know and they don't, it's supposed you're smarter in the subject than them, so the act itself is a claim of enlightment. The quotation marks aren't meant to be taken in an offensive or sarcastic mannar 👍.

My ability to count syllables in english words is not the best:nervous:...I actually don't know if my Haiku match the 5-7-5 or not:( I don't think so...:guilty:

Mind you, my ability to count syllables in my first language isn't the best (it's not even existant!), nevermind knowing how to do it in English!

This hasn't stopped me from trying anyways :lol:.
