Gone are the day's of the CPU drivers reversing then going a little forward then repeat (it seems). Still the day's of horrible human see no ending in sight.
 
The clock is now 16:20 and no release date from Paris, the sony presentation is over :(
 
I wasn't expecting a release date, I just wanted any new news (car's, track's, extreme weather(blizzard's, dense fog, heavy rain) features etc.)

I expect the release date at SEMA.

What did happen.
 
We can confirm that Gran Turismo 5 will not be available this November 2nd, but the game’s release will be coming this holiday season.

We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay, however, creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches.

We’ll have more information for you in the near future.

Shouldn't they know about that bug before releasing a demo to a game event? I mean it's such a big game.
If they send such a glitched demo to a game event, who knows how many glitches there are in the "real" version? Maybe that's why it's not getting released yet. Cause it's full of wierd things.. I don't know but it seems wierd to me...
 
If I don't get a release date by the 5th November (when I should be holding the game in my hands) Then I'm cancelling my signature edition and getting the normal edition.

This is atrocious, Worst PR ever.

If its not a surprise wouldnt Thank You Sony be more appropriate, if i found out i had ESP this way id definitely trade a delay in GT5 for knowledge of my powers..

Not me I was fooled once when they told me the original release date. I am anxiously waiting on this game and the new features released by PSM is a treat. Any and all news will be greatly received by me except the news of a new release date.

Hopefully that is what everyone is saying. First it's before the end of October, then hopefully the 1st, then on the the day it was suppose to release the 2nd of November, now its Sema. I'm gonna say between today and when the Schick razor promotion ends in March 2011.

No! All the demos are old builds from an earlier time, like last year or earlier this year. It's probably been fixed and or was just an disc read malfunction with the PlayStation console.
