Watching the Qore episode now, gonna see if I can decipher some things for you guys (assuming no one already has)

You people complaining about people posting the release dates are getting to be more annoying than them.

Just let people post the dates if they want. It doesn't hurt anybody, and you only make it worse by quoting them to tell them to stop it.

Maybe they look similar yo you, but being the hardcore muscle car fan as I am, I'm having a real hard time finding similarities between the two, except perhaps the fact that both have round headlights. :dunce:

I consider myself a "hardcore musclecar fan" and I'm not going to act blind and say they don't look similar. The cars are completely different but they do look similar. The same, no, but similar, yes. Especially to someone who may not see these types of cars in their country everyday.

I've heard it existed many times before but this is the first time I see a picture of the almost mythical and legendary Pirate-Vauxhall Nova Turbo, allegedly only one was ever build and immediately banned by the FIA for reasons still shrouded in mystery, thanks for sharing.;)👍

Yes but I think it's in "cruise" mode aka fully reclined to accentuate the burberry sport caps and popped collars.

To be fair they do share similar headlights, and positioning and pointed hood\bonnet, they were in tight competition back int he day so its like saying the Peugeot 206 looks alot like the Focus, sure they do, they race in the same classes\groups.

Most of you guys seem pretty relaxed. Well I'm not. I'm fairing 2011. No new rumors , interviews , anything. Just silence. Also no add campaign or something.

Although , I see a lot of 17 Dec. So I put my hopes on that date. Anything coming this or next week were a new date could be announced ?

Our definitions of "similar" are way different then.

I'll give you what I think is an example of similar. A '69 Firebird and a '69 Camaro:

EDIT: I would go as far as saying a '67 - '68 Firebird is similar as well, but that's it.

On another note, I would rather not know anymore cars that are included in the game. The longer we have to wait for the game to come out, the more cars are being revealed. And at the rate its going, we may know every car before we get the game. :indiff:

Excuse me? Yes, the Camaro and Firebird are similar, that's the point I was making. However, I do not think the '69 Camaro is similar to the '70 mustang. Far from it.

I guess, those two cars have the same shape, curved underbodies, a hump just behind the door, high profile tyres, similar wheel arches.

Those cars look similar to me, and the other two SEMA winners look almost identical (for what are meant to be two different cars)

For people who missed it last night:

With my calculations, These are the most likely possibilities for GT5 to release:

USA:
23nd November - 40% Possible.
30th November - 60% Possible.

UK:
26th November - 50% Possible.
3rd December 50% Possible.

Anything after those dates is 100% possible.

Sorry it was just, the obvious difference! One car has a big mesh radiator thing, the other has two smaller ones. I live in the UK and have no real interest in muscle cars. I just wasnt seeing similarity, but i am kinda sad like that...

maybe for you, a casual somebody, those cars look similar, but for me, a hardcore mucle ca fan ! theres no way I will say these cars look similar not in a milion years ! P
