I hope this event is documented so it doesn't happen again when GT6 comes out in December 2023
 
Very sad that someone feels the need to come and post on GTP, and firstly excite then secondly anger a lot of GT fans. Pathetic.
 
is it just me that's glad that CZ didn't have the game? I like surprises...
 
its 11:30pm in ceska hes uploaded the videos he's got gt5 he's probably playing the game would you? or would you sit on a slow forum with 1000s of angry users after you've done all you can do?

Longest Sunday evening in years! Missus was not impressed at me vanishing every 10 minutes while we were watching a movie :grumpy:

I actually dared to hope it was real :dunce:

The screenshot of somebody playing GT5 is fake - He was just playing Prologue but he deleted that in PS.
He said he can't see the trophies because Sony blocked them

CZ is a fake.

However I believe the photo's on the news page are legit.
 
If I were Jordan, I would give the server a break, and lock this thread for an hour or two (or until CZ e-mails him)...

How many NASCAR specific ovals are there, other than Daytona, Indy, (Motegi I would consider as a NASCAR oval, they raced there before).

I've seen the "Jeff Gordon Driving School" in other pictures. If it's like in the NASCAR games it's like License & Driving Techniques so you will know how the "cars" handle. Other NASCAR tracks could be: Infinoen.
 
Ahh.. Well that was fun guys. Stayed up untill 2:20am on holiday watching this on my iPod. Nice to get a taste of the community atmosphere when the fifth coming happens. Good night all. May GT5 come swiftly to us all :).

Someone said they had a copy of GT5, and the person uploaded two videos on Youtube, and set it on private. The person said he contacted a mod on Gametrailers, and they will post the video. Jordan asked the person to send him the links, and so far no response from him.
 
If I were Jordan, I would give the server a break, and lock this thread for an hour or two (or until CZ e-mails him)...

+1. Always thought this humongous thread should've been broken down by week, i.e. "GT5 Latest news - week of 10/31/2010" "GT5 Latest News - week of 11/7/2010", etc. With any luck this will be a moot point in 3-4 weeks. :)
