Exactly, why is it a surprise that the garage system from a "pick up and play" game isn't in a Major PS3 game?

This image scares me. It says cars available for purchase from this manufacture at this level are 0. I hope we don't have to eanr cars and unlock them before we purchase them or thats going to fail BIG TIME

I don't see what the problem is. You probably aren't even going to be able to access races where you'd use those cars until you reach those levels. So there'd be no point in you owning them before you got to those levels.
 
It appears the server has a extreme case of turrets syndrome, that gentleman is fantastic!.
 
Looks like there's no Bugatti. Acura, Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Chevrolet. There should be Bugatti between BMW and Chevrolet:/
 
20,000 Cr to begin with by the looks of it..... wonder what we could get with that !!!
