Lol, just looked 'em up, Blur unsurprisingly has power ups like nitro/shock/mines and split second has the track and scenery disintegrating as you race đź‘Ť Not exactly GT though.

Yeah both are sort of burnout meets wipeout .I know they look silly but I think mainly blur might have something there so if it gets good review ,I might take it for a spin but you are right not granturismo-esc at all :D

Hopefully but I previously predicted in another thread early 2011 and I'm sticking to my prediction. I'd be gladly wrong though.

TDU2 isn't for cooking, is for driving in the open road and no game made it better in the PS2 than TDU.

Angelina Jolie isn't for cooking either ...
 
I am 95 % certain GT5 will be released this year (I will be 100% certain in a couple of weeks time)

Same here. I think we will get GT5 this fall, and a full brutal kick a@# media blowout at e3.
 
Just checked the only pics of TDU 2 I could find on eurogamer. Can't post links sorry I'm an old fart. The visuals don't look bad at all. I can't comment on the physics though.
The only reason I mentioned the game is because were all race nuts and car fans are we not?

there is a thread for TDU 2 with pics so no need to post them .And the fact they look ugly but I can't say I didn't enjoy taking cars for a spin in Hawaii,looks like TDU 2 is set in Ibiza.

Also the gamma/brightness between the 2 cars is different. Look at those tyres xD. And the f1 car is not even cropped properly...smear all over the tyres again.
 
Haha, that's bad photo shop, they used the BMW in F1CE.
 
That was created by someone here at GTP about two years ago, yep it is the BMW F1 car from F1CE. It was never supposed to deceive anyone though.

Your point being? It only looks as good as it needs to look. Not their fault that PD and Turn10 are used as puppets to show off the graphics for their respective systems. I bet GT5 wouldn't look half as good if PD was independant from Sony, because there would have been no need to go over the top with the graphics.
