Well it should be. But it is impossible to see it, it's just blurred if you pause it, and its not there long enough to see it.

Anyway about the 'F50', I think the only SuperGT car that really fits is the RE Amemiya RX7 (The one that wasn't in GT4, the newer one):

See how it has the 2 air intakes on the bonnet, and the mouth, and the headlights are the right shape. The spoiler is the right colour and shape, it fits.

And the car behind it is definitely a YellowHat GTR, followed by a Castrol Supra.

It's the Lotus, I just wasn't 100% sure at the time due to the lower quality video.
 
You know, I thought I was being pretty patient, and fairly loyal to GT5:P, but really, how about just giving us a car list PD? Or a track list? This picking through videos nonsense shoould have ended with last year. I find myself barely ever turning on Prologue now, I need a proper GT5 fix. This video has shown almost nothing new, so what's the point of releasing a new preview video if it contains nothing more than a couple screenies containing new tracks which we're not even sure on and don't do anything to actually preview the track?

Edit: Oh, and PD, this new-old trailer nonsense and continuing to keep us in the relative dark isn't building suspense any more like it did last year, it's just bad business.
 
You know we're just going to be teased like this by PD until the game is a few months from release. Well, there might be one exception, if the game will be out in August or so, they might keep us mostly in the dark to make a big expose at E3. But hey, staying hungry should be a natural reaction to a true GT5 fan by now. ;)

I'm over 100kg heavy (even if 6ft 3/ 191cm tall), so in case you can't guess I don't do hungry very well. :lol: I don't know, I guess this trailer just irks me, there's practically nothing in it so what's the point of it? Plus I'm already sick of seeing the SLS AMG in GT5, I think I'd rather the R35 GTR more even right now.

Nah, i guess the GDC trailer, if they will have one, will be the one we have seen already. I find it interesting that he mentions a different "version" for Europe though...

That is interesting indeed. The US version shows a bit of NASCAR, maybe a European version will have more WRC footage.

Don't think there will be a different version, seems international enough to me.
It is nicely balanced, European ( and one American ) road cars ( bit of WRC ),
American and Japanese race series and tracks from around the globe.
Why would they have to make a special version for each region as we're all getting the same content?
Just because someone lives in Europe doesn't mean they're not interested in American or Japanese content and vice versa.
And even if they were not interested, they're still gonna get it so why not show it?
 
They have chosen the cover car for the packaging, they are showing video's of the game on the GOW disc - surely we must be getting close for a release now?

Surely the game must be around the corner (around May/June time) as to show the packaging and video's now and not release the game until September or even later is a crime.

Talk about dangling a carrot.

Wouldn't be so bad if they updated GT5 prologue with some cars and the odd track to keep us going.

I hate the wait.

I really hope it's gonna be May/June, but i think it's unlikely and already prepared myself for an Autumn release, if it's sooner than i'm gonna have a nice summer ( although probably a lonely one ;) ).
 
I'm still intrigued about that other thread where a magazine stated PD or Sony had confirmed a winter Aussie release. I'm not getting my hopes up but it's very interesting.
 
Your winter is my summer, maybe that Portugese Sony guy meant Autumn in Outer-Mongolia...;)

After the Enzo shot ,there comes a 458 in Tusckuba(spelling) but it has its headlights ON and it looks night esh so maybe this is Dynamic day and night cucles 👍

What a fantastic wallpaper .that Toyota one.

It looks like there are different filters for the Super GT and F458 scenes on Tsukuba, i wouldnt bet on different conditions. But maybe we will be able to switch on filters like that before uploading a replay to YouTube.

Yep, I've noticed all kinds of "camera" filters(hue/darken/occlusion), in a top gear filming fashion, which is a good thing, but not an indication of dynamic weather.;)
 
I just wish i could get that trailer untagged in 1080p.
You could make a lot of awesome wallpapers out of it.

I think it was figured out from the start it wasn't an F50, as it was in a SuperGT race.

Compared to the Mk IV Supra... That car is laughable :lol: The FT-86 only really has to live up to the old AE-86, which I think it will.
