Which is a bit of a surprise. We had no indication at all that this car would be in.
But it's not a matter of how they have improved, it is a matter of how much the regulations have changed. There is also the tyre differences between seasons that the R1-5 system can't accurately replicate. The F2007 ran on grooved tyres, the F10 runs on slicks.
I have to admit I wasn't expecting the F10 at all, so that is a slight positive. PD never gave any inclination or any announcements that they were trying to get a good roster of F1 cars. But that doesn't mean i'm not disappointed with what they have done.
DLC is a double edged sword. Any DLC we get for GT5 will remove something new that we should be getting in GT6. Then GT6 will either have huge delays or be a huge disappointment.
Maybe the boundaries/specifications seperating Standard and Premium cars have changed. I've still no doubt that most if not all of standards won't have cockpit view. But I do feel there will be a degree of variation in the quality of the standard cars. Some, like the Veyron for example, are way beyond that of those in GT4.
