Recently I planned to invite a few friends over to check out the latest GT installment, and it quickly grew larger than my humble apartment would allow. I am in the process of trying to reserve a room at the restaurant where my wife works. Since I am moving the venue to a larger location, I figured it made sense to invite some more friends.
I am extending this invite to anyone near the Las Vegas area to come join the fun. We will be in Boulder City NV, about 20min south of Las Vegas. The room I am trying to lock in has a big screen and surround sound, so I am bringing my PS3 and my cockpit. https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=132598 There should be plenty of good company to hang out with, and all the food and drink you can afford (I am not wealthy so you must take care of that).
I figured it would be great to have everyone attending put their own time down for "Star in a reasonably priced car" format. The idea being that we will not waste a bunch of time with everybody wanting to pick a car or track. Also, following the Top Gear format, I thought it would be great for everyone to get a time on the board.
Any GTP members interested in attending are welcome. Being a GTnut means I will be checking the forums regularly to see if we have any takers.
