Ahhh i see what your mean! Are you using an SD/non widescreen tv?
If you are then your probably getting the SD backgrounds which I haven't changed, they are the originals.

If there are enough people interested in the SD versions I will add them in also 👍

and guys, remember i'm only doing the HD theme atm so i can only use 1080p widescreen pics!
 
I have one of me drifting a pink Fiat 500. (or at least it looks like I'm drifting, I was actually spinning) :)
the pic is so crappy though, I use it for my background...

I installed your theme yday and so far it is AWESOME 👍

Hope you could add one of mine to them...I'll keep trying :)

 
For anyone who's having problems reading the XMB with some of the images you can turn down the brightness in the XMB menu as a temporary solution.
Bright images will be replaced in the next version and I'll stop being lazy and test all the images as a background first :lol:
 
In order to get some more unusual and varied shots i'm gunna set set you guys a challenge.
I'm looking for an image with no drive-able in game car in shot BUT still relates to GT5 or motoring.

Tom...I saw what you asked for but I have been trying to develop my photo skills. I have got a selection of some snaps taken not long ago and would like to know your opinion...I am in the process of trying to make an emblem to apply to the picture before posting...But let me know what you think and where I would need to improve so that I can have picture on the theme :)
