tRACK pACK? Willt his include A-spec content? Game is in desperate of a-spec content, A-spec is way too shallow right now. Needs double to triple the events.

Its not just an update to any old game..Gt is huge and if they deliver on all this they wont have anything to worry about from forza. Cant think of one game with this kind of support. Spec updates aren't just small updates as we see here. They are adding everything everyone complained about....
 
G27 support? Endurance saves? Ability to store multiple tunes?

This is the kind of update we have been waiting for!

Edit: Although I was expecting standards to premiums but oh well, hopefully the DLC includes some actual decent cars..

Most of these updates are stuff that should have been in the game to begin with so yes it's nice they're finally adding them, but to say Forza is out of the race because of it you're crazy. Anyone that was planning to buy Forza and isn't now going to because of this update is crazy.

They worked a year on Spec II and DLC. They need to get paid by something.
 
1. Simplified interior view added to all standard cars.

For cockpit users this is good news, only one knows how it will look like, I hope there will be different types, one for normal road cars, another one for supercars and other type for race cars.

2. User control of the weather change feature.

Why this was not from the beggining, well he only knows it, but at least we can do some arcade races with the time/weather and hotlapping on practice mode as we want

3. Added a setting sheet feature allowing you to save multiple car settings...

Again should have been implemented when the game was released, but we got finally, now we can tune cars for different tracks.

4. Spec 2.0 Opening movie

Nice to have

5. Improved UI response and usability

Good one just to focus on driving/racing and do not lose time in front of the menus

6. Replay front forward/rewind

Good one for photomode lovers and even better for league racing admins/stewards

7. Mid-race save feature for endurance races.

I hope we can save whenever we want and not just one time, but it is not clear yet

8. Expanded online lounge features (Narrowing down car types, shuffle races)...

Another upgrade not clear how will be developed, does this mean shuffle races will have more variety of cars? How the rooms will be ordered by? will it be race/road cars class?

9. Expansion of the B-Spec remote race you can play from GT.com (a graph display now shows changes in race rankings.)

I use this from time to time, but well... not really needed in my opinion.

10. Expanded Photo travel features / You can now take photo’s of cars together with your avatar...

I love photo travel, will the avatar be both outside/inside the car?

11. Added a “NASCAR Pit Scene” stage to Photo Travel / 12. Added eleven 2011 model NASCAR cars...

Very good NASCAR upgrade, fans will be happy.

13. Added the Nissan GT-R N24 Shulze Motor Sport,

A new GT-R and it looks quite good, and has som history behind, Yamauchi raced it in the 24h Nurb. Let's compare lap times then...

14. Improved physics and AI...

Will this be an upgrade on tyre pressures and brake fading? I hope so...

AI: I am eager to know how the AI will be this time, will it be more agressive? Will it be faster? Will AI spin out and make more mistakes?

15. Support for the Logitec G25/G27 Steering wheel.

Course pack... SPA? Bathurst?

It sounds pretty good

All in all a good update, although some features should have been implemented when the game was released it is much appreciated they have listened to us.

Froza was out of the race already... no offense but Gt5 has already sold 7 million.... Gt5 will sell more in 1 month then forza will lifetime... . Thats simple fact. This will only help that disparity..

No new a-spec content I'm trading in Gt5./..... Mid race save for endurance, does that mean just once in the middle of race? I hope not as i will never do a 24 hr race like that.

I will say though game should have launched like this..... And is there any new a-spec content? Thats what this game really needs.

Really hoping for a leaderboard announcement, it's a standard feature for racing games these days and we still haven't got them :scared:

I don't think gt5 needs more race cars. How about a f355, challenge straddle. Where is the Cambiocorsa, and mc stradale. We need more up to date exotics and some older ferraris and maseratis.
