[*]If someone has gifted you their car quickly, and been easy to communicate with, and you would definitly trade with them again, give them a positive.
[*]If someone has taken a while to send a car, and has left you thinking if you would want to swap with them again, give them a neutral.
[*]Misuse of the reputation system will result in an infraction and possibly a ban from the forum.
