I'll be in this one, first time so don't kill me outright at first, lol, no Mic so response will be slow

Hey, Ace..

Well i ran my room for 8 Hours Straight! And we went through a few Tracks... Circuit De La Sarthe AKA Le Mans.... Is way too hard to patrol and the chases are ridiculously hard. I was a Officer for 8 hours straight too... How ever i had launched two new programs when things got out of control....

-Undercover Officers (The Chief Officer will PM people to go undercover & Private Chat Room to keep track of civilian records etc etc)
-Watch Race ( Helicopter )

Was Great Fun Trust Me... But the last thirty minutes it changed to a AWESOME Speed Limited Themed Cruise!

Here are the Track's That went down Well!

-Cote De Azur
-Toscana ( I had Custom Tracks changing every hour Ranging from 7 - 10KM 4 - 6 Miles..

New Room Number!

1472 - 6399 - 8408 - 2428 - 4095

Join for a Crap load of fun!

Yet another good room, the first one whent down in flames when I lost mod...

But still it was good fun!

Am I right in saying , you just drive around the track at road legal speeds? Someone enforces the speed limit as a traffic cop?

What else do you do in these rooms? To me it sounds , well really dull.

Do you chat to other drivers do trades ect in there also? Also what age range do you find in these types of rooms , as I'm assuming it's filled with people who can not drive legally in the real world?

Are these rooms more as a social aspect than anything else? Do you select a "Villain" as a target for the officer to engage in a hot persuit?

Yes, you drive around with correct Road Laws, and Cops enforce the Law.

It's mainly cruising to road laws, which is kind of relaxing after a long day, but you can do trades in the room, etc. They do have some that don't drive in the real world, but if you're room is not good and hasn't got good rules, then you often get people just drifting and racing about.

They are both social and good for cruising, and no, you don't have a chosen villain, anyone could be the villain if they don't follow the rules!

Ah I see , so it's very social based. I guess it's a good way of meeting and making new friends in the game.

I completely understand the whole driving to chill out and relax , as I do it a lot in my real life Impreza. I ended up doing 11,000 miles in a little over a year , in a car that spends 6 months of the year tucked away in a nice garage.

Now that you have explained what these rooms are all about , I would like to join a few of them and get to know people with the same love for cars. If you would be kind enough to let me know when somethings going on , I would appreciate it greatly.

Is there certain forms of etiquette that I should be aware of with these rooms?

Yesterday's room was fun first-time around, a little after we switched to La Sarthe in the other guys room(name escapes me) it died quickly though... not sure what happened

'Vette was a blast though, till I got caught speeding, lol

With the cars you drive , do they have to be street legal ? Or are you allowed to drive in some race specced cars? I have a nice number of Rally cars from the late 90's and they are street legal as they have to drive on public roads between stages at time?

Sorry for all the questions , but I'm really eager to get involved with this aspect of the game , as it will make things more fun outside of the Cops rooms ect.

Yea Ill host the room on a much smaller map, sarthe is too big...

And yes, rules are streets cars under 600pp accept for cops witch can use anything under 600pp (my rules are black nissans are cops)

Is there a minimum pp/bhp car I couldn't drive? I could have old fiat 500 if I want? I suppose I'd get pulled for being a dick.

There isnt a minium pp...

But all cops a connected to a server and if the cops internal cockommiter goes off we'll pull you over....

I gotta get in on these. Sounds like fun if I bring in one of my almost stock ///M's.
If there were a setting to require manual transmission, that would make things much more fun/interesting.
Post up the rm# when it's up and I'll try to make it if its within my playable times. School and fencing takes priority sadly.

I might even take off the HUD, and go in cockpit view, if its a premium, to give it that little bit of extra realism

And what are rules for the pursuits as the speeder? No rules or can I flip a U'ie and run?

EDIT: where are most of you located? Just want to get a sense of what time it might be up, and for how long.
