Well i think they have finally fixed the time trial bug where it pause when you cross the line, Anyone want to try it and confirm that i wasnt just lucky?
 
Don't really use the filters, but this discovery can only mean one thing: Good news! The Dacia Sandero! :p

No, and it won't until I have a Romanian car in my garage.

It will only show the countries for cars in your garage. So you have not seen Romania in your country filter.
 
Now it is practically impossible to win the stupid Miata race at London. The closest I got on 2.10 was third. Now I can't get any closer than 5th. Thanks PD, you're really making this friggin more enjoyable!!!

In times like this, I just think of GT5 as a test dummy for GT6.

Work the kinks out now, and let's try to have a decent game in GT6.

And where the 🤬 are the premium RUFs, damnit!? Sorry, just had to say it.
 
Maybe Rufs aren't premium because the interiors are top similar to Porsches? Because then you could basically pretend to be driving a Porsche.
 
The best I can do on Trial Mountain now is 4th, almost 20 seconds back. Pretty lame when you go to do a Seasonal and none of your cars qualify for the event.

Time to clear out the 750 shows and movies on the DVR I guess...

I see what you did there... and you got a point.
Unless the RUFs have the Porsche logo on the steering wheel or anywhere else inside them (which PD could remove them anyway), it is the same as their exteriors and should be allowed in-game.

The Exteriors don't mean 🤬 If a RUF was premium, then the interior would be modeled, which I can assume wasn't changed tpp much from the original 911s 930s and so on.

so if you were driving in a cockpit view, which is why you WANT premium RUFs, then you could pretend that you were driving a porsche

Um... no. It doesn't matter if people want to pretend that they are driving a Porsche or not when they are driving a Ruf model. Like... it literally makes no difference whatsoever. A Ruf is legally a Ruf. Not a Porsche. If PD modelled a Premium Ruf with an interior and the whole nine yards, neither Porsche nor EA would have a single pretext to say a damned thing about it.

Because they got the rights for using Porsche in Forza 4 after the game release, Turn 10 included RUF cars in the game. And they have cockpit, like any car in F4, so we have our answer ;)
 
I Just noticed that my Honda Weider is now over 1 second slower around most tracks...has anyone noticed an increase on lap times after the update?
 
Only thing I noticed so far is that under "GTLife" a new home background has been put in.
 
I updated yesterday too...got some strange glitch:
- when i first wanted to download the Update, my PS3 did a restart
- second try to Update was fine though :odd:
 
im having problem installing the update too.. my ps3 just keeps restarting when i try to update to 2.11..any solutions?
 
I have never had an issue with updating, besides the PS3 restarting on the first try and being successful on the 2nd. I am still on my original game data. I don't understand how PD manages to screw some people but not others.

To anybody who’s having trouble updating because the PS3 keeps restarting:

1. Boot up the PS3.
2. Start the game.
3. When it asks you to update, CANCEL IT.
4. During the game’s startup sequence, the game will ask you if you would like to sign in the the PlayStation Network. Hit “Yes.”
5. You will be brought back to the same screen asking you to update your game. This time, go through with the update. The game should update fine and restart when done.

Just thought I’d help. This is how I was able to get my game updated. :)
