One interesting thing I found is that the spring rates on the SLS can only be reduced to a minimum of 7.5, so I had to up the stiffness factor to 23-24 in order to generate a setup that I could "install" in the car. I wasn't sure what to expect with the front springs set to minimum rate, but it worked out very well.

Yeah for some cars you have to bump up the stiffness to meet the minimum on the cars suspension. Try going for even more if the track is smooth, it may be faster.

All my street cars have 0 front downforce buddy you can only get rear downforce

Yes, but all cars have some type of aerodynamic downforce, except may the samba bus.
