I didn't get a book? I haven't redeemed the codes yet but it says I got everything you typed accept the pain.

Do I have to go back to Game and demand my apex book?

The book is only available for the Asian equivalent of the 15th Anniversary edition (Limited Edition), as well as the Asia Collector's Edition.
However, the GT6 App set to come out has Apex II integrated into it, which is why it went from initially being available as a physical copy to being pulled out

to get the avatar up just go on to account settings a change avatar and when does the gt6 app comeout

i should have got the extra car pack i preordred the anniversary edition from my local game in the uk and when i went to pick it up they said that the pre order bonus was only thought the main gran turismo website but i couple of days ago i remembered i was in a game on hoilday and they had a stand say about the pre order bonus and i was still in the uk at the time so my local game knows bugger all about gt6 and they have lost my trade completly now (my local one that is)

It's printed on your GAME receipt - though my local GAME store thanked me for the information that I should get the Precision Pack with the preorder because they hadn't been told a single thing about it.

The AE package only got 20 cars. If you pre-ordered at certain retailers, you might receive a code for the extra 5.
Which includes the R8 LMS...
