Is there a way to trade cars in GT6? I looked but could not find anything. Or is this another case of PD just restricting ways people make in game money and get extra cars?

Right now, there is not a gifting feature available on GT6.

There was on GT5, but it was eventually limited to cars with value of less than 1 Million Credits.

Thats what I thought. I use to do a lot of trading on GT5 for Paint/Horns/Cars and even though there was the $1million cap you could still trade 1 car a day and make an extra $500,000. Thats $15million a month. Before that there was the Indy Circuit Tommy ZZII glitch for cash. But all of the restrictions PD is setting on ways to get cars/cash it is clear they are getting greedy with making real money and I am starting to think this will be my last GT which is saying a lot since I have been playing since GT1 and collect GT stuff (and Playstation for that matter as I have a mega gaming PC I use for every other game). Anyone know if Forza is any better and can the new XBox One use a T500RS?

Trading cars was good fun and a way to send appreciative gifts to friends who were racing your Bob's frequently or just a way to say thank you. I am finding GT6 is not at all utilizing the community like GT5 did. No B-spec, No trading, No paint/horn/museum cards and no track creator. I know some of that is coming but it just feels empty at times without any other way to interact with the community if you choose not to race online. Just my two cents. :)

Why would you trade cars, when all 1200+ cars are available to buy out right ??? :boggled:

This is one thing I miss a little bit. I also miss the leveling up you used to have and was able to compare with your friends in GT5. My cousin and I would compete with that at times and see who could level up the fastest and get the most wins quicker etc. Only than having a fastest laps leaderboard I see nothing like this now which I'm kinda disappointed about.

I'm glad. Leveling was the worst thing they ever added to GT and the exact opposite of competitive.

The reason is either to complete your collection (GT5 had used cars) or to save the trouble of grinding away for hours on end to get a large stable of cars. With the PP structure you had to have many cars to be competitive in an ever changing race room.

'O and did I mention you could buy a car for $1million one time. Save your game to thumb drive, send the car to yourself (from 2nd account) ever day in a row and reload your save from thumb. Then sell it for $500,000 per day on your main account?

I don't think we're playing the same GT6.

I dont think we are either. GT6 store...... Pay REAL MONEY for IN GAME CREDITS. $50.00 U.S.D. for 7,000,000Cr. They are making sure you cannot get credits easy to make it more tempting to pay for them. Why do you think the cash glitches in carrier more were fixed in less than a week or two after they were discovered. Its lost revenue for them. This trend in the gaming industry is disgusting and I for one am sick of it. DLC Maps I understand, but making a $60 game follow the business strategy of a Freemium Gaming Application, that is just stupid. As I said I think this will be my last GT unless things change. I have always been able to get one of every car with some grinding, but this is just silly.
