GT6 Controller Issue: L1 and R1 Not working.

Hi Guys, L1 and R1 do not work when required to change pages, tabs, or the view of the car in GT Auto?

Anyone have a fix? Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Mine used to work, but now only the paddles on my wheel work (I usually have the controller set to Controller 1 as well as the wheel as it is easier to navigate the menus with and you can still race with the wheel)

Go into (Start - Options - Wireless Controller) confirm your buttons are set appropriately.

When you have a steering wheel connected and powered, L1 and R1 are disabled and their function is taken over by the paddles of the wheel.

Turn the wheel off, and they will work again!
There is no way around it, yet.
Maybe in a next update...

Hopefully they'll fix it in the next update. It's terrible to work the menus and car paint/part installation having to use the wheel paddles

The paddles don't work at all on the t500rs...the official gt6 wheel.

Yeah, then I guess they really oughta fix it. On the G27 they work but the DS3's L1/R1 are disabled.

I just unplug my wheel when I spend a lot of time doing a lot of menu stuff. But yes, it's annoying. Funny thing is, it used to work before 1.02. Before 1.02 the L1/R1 on the controller worked, but the paddles on the wheel didn't. Now I guess PD "fixed" it so that the paddles work, but somehow messed up the controller. I don't understand why it's so hard to make them both work at the same time.
