No, the 908 HDi FAP (2007-2010) is in the game (that's what you are thinking of), but the Peugeot 908 (only raced in 2011) isn't. Despite the same/similar names, they are completely different cars.

Its actually not against the AUP as there has been plenty of pictures with Budweiser/coors/Miller Lite cars (just look in the NASCAR thread) so you're just fine with that.

Actually, those are 908 HDi FAP. Those cars raced until 2010 with a V12 biturbo.

The car in @SagarisGTB picture is the Peugeot 908, from 2011, which had a turbo V8.
