GT6 Master Car List [NOT A WISHLIST]

I'm really not a fan of how GT organise their cars. For example I would prefer all tuner cars and 'GT' cars to be listed under their respective manufacturers.

I guess this is the right place to post this, since it concerns GT6's car list: Does anyone know exactly how many cars (and what they were) were present in GT5, but removed in GT6? I know the Red Bull 5G and JP Flag Color are definitely out, along with at least 3 or 4 Nissan GT-R variants that pertained to GT Academy, but I'm sure there's lots more.

I believe they were removed because PD no longer had the F1 license, correct?

Then why would they use Senna's cars then? FIA would not've aggreed on that. Something had to wrong with Ferrari. Or, Given the health Status of Michael Schumacher, get ready for a tribute in 2016.

FIA only holds the ownership over the entire series for the cars. Developers can get licenses for a single team from the team themselves, which is why PD had the F10 and F2007, also why SimRaceway gets the McLaren cars, etc.

Pretty much all cars are licensed on a per-game basis. Most of them are carried over from game to game with a license extention but some, like the F1 cars, don't. Ferrari licensed them for use in GT5 and for whatever reason, it wasn't carried over to GT6. They obviously still had a Ferrari license, but not for those two cars.

It's only two of these cars that I do miss, and those are the Ginetta G4 and the Jensen Interceptor :(
