Huh? I don't know about most of these, but my Viper is perfectly controllable with a bit of differential tuning. Actually, I have more problems trying to slow the thing down than I do with anything else in it.

X series do not count. This is for cars TUNED to 800-1000HP plus.



I need proof.

Also apparently the EK Civic Type-R has over 1,000HP but I need proof.

Tune the Mira (not the Coure) and there's your proof.
EK Civic '97 gets 390BHP. Can't speak for the others.

Dodge charger srt8 has 1012 hp

SLS AMG 875 hp 269 mph with a quick tune on x holds 266 mph

Pontiac firebird has 811 hp but for that hp it gets up & go tops out at 253 mph on comfort soft on SSRX

Gtr 07 1006 I bought it because I couldn't afford the spec v or black edition

There are tons of cars that in gt5 were over looked now they aren't

I wanna know how much the Lexus lfa putting out I can't offord it too much money

LFA = 744 hp
LFA Nurburgring Package = 751 hp
 
Just bought the Red Devil Camaro late last night. Stock with an oil change it makes 818hp I believe. So fully tuned it's probably over 1000 I'm guessing. :cheers:
 
A sleeper that no one has mentioned is the alfa romeo. It looks like a normal car like a jaguar.

Pretty much a viper.

In a straight drag, it will beat just about any road car that's not a veyron or huayra.

Which Alfa Romeo? Saying "The Alfa Romeo" is really very blunt.
 
Can the Ford GT's (not the racecars) surpass 1,000 HP? Please say yes.

EDIT: What is the max HP numbers for the RUF BTR '86? and RUF CTR2 '96
 
also note the Viper ACR 08 not fully tuned sitting at 700 with just intake and the other cheap mods I would assume somewhere in the 900ish range but I just did a 231 mph run at le sarthe

Interested to know how many cars exceed or come close to 1hp/kg

I know the Tommy Karia thing does, the Daihatsu is close. It's all well and good have over 1000hp but when you car carrying around a tonne and a half of car with that the cars aren't as quick as maybe they're made out to be.

It only goes up to 971 hp, which is still plenty. I haven't tested it yet but it will probably do the 1/4 mile in around 9 seconds and it has around 1100 lb/ft of torque
 
The SRT Viper GTS '02 can have almost 1,100HP fully tuned. I kept the stock exhaust on mine, and with an oil change it maxes at 1,014HP. :)
