From a small sample size it seems like the R8 and 992 are the early meta.

Where does the R8 out perform the 992 and vice versa, so I can drive to improve my knowledge from "oh this cars black and goes broom broom"

Did you just get someone with the back straight wall and the pit lane entry @GOTMAXPOWER?

I had forgot about that wall but remembered last time I saw you here, I almost cocked it up and took myself out 😅 Rataka has been playing the pit entry game each race, he'll get me one of these times 😅

You two inspired me with the idea a while back now.

Must try again, see if I can do even better.

992 sort of does everything well but is especially strong on exit. Audi being MR is also pretty good on exit but has longer legs on the straights.

Played Race B a few times just to get a feel of the action. Oh Man, in every race & throughout the grid, players are just hitting into each other. I'm talking about Lower A / higher B DR grids. In one race, I gained 8 places just because of the chaos ahead of me. Seems it's hard to get a clean race at Fuji.

Will probably skip dailies this week.

Here's this weeks race guide for those interested! Much better week, some fantastic racing for B and C in my opinion!

Your ending of Race A is so funny...3 second penalty out of the blue even Mate.

Daily C for qualifying seems to have options what about the race itself for tyre wear?

2 races on A, and I've seen more penalties than I normally do. Got a 2 second penalty myself for being ran into, the usual.

You think that’s unfair, check out the video below 👇🏻. I received a 4 second penalty for hitting a car that was taken out ahead and flew across me 😂😂😂

Yep the penalties are definitely squiffy this week 😂

Tried the atenza my front gave up completely at the end

Even the G70 has bad tyre wear. Go for the GT by Citroen. The 4x tyre wear is brutal as we're using softer compounds of racing tyres.

Well I haven't seen either of those cars yet so the anserr might be no unfortunately.

Done a few B races on alt account. Good choice, the beginning of the week is always carnage. Got a win from pole with few podiums and some "let's get punted" too.
So I switched to the meme race to set a QT.

Sadly no, I've seen Ferrari, Mustang, McLaren, Beetle, Supra 97, all have stayed at the back ish so far.

Edit: have seen AMG GT '20 and F-type being competitive though.

Lot of waiting for 30 seconds of action you say, you been talking to my wife?

Fuji looks like the slam dunk this week, are there any viable alternatives outside of the 911 and Audi? Can the Lambo or Ford GT keep up?

Apart from the suggestions given, here is my 2 cents - Mazda RX-Vision.

Start of the week always seems to be the clumsiest with no one really seeming to have their lines or braking points tuned in. One of the main reasons I’ve started playing padel on a Monday instead of racing.

Gave a few cars a try but when push comes to shove, the 911 is so secure on exit that I just gain so much time flue to confidence its hard to use anything else. I am missing a solid half to 1 second on my QT though.

Fuji can be fun, but the first turn can be dangerous and the turns near the end are also annoying at times. I like races at Yamagiwa at Kyoto Driving Park.

Race A looks very similar to one GT did 3 years ago, although it's at night this time. Super GT made a video on it.

This looks "fun." At least @Jordan 's article cover makes it look "fun", anyway...

I hate to admit it, but I love this kind of thing and I can't believe PD were cruel enough to tempt me to do this race. See ya at kingdom come in an Aventador

I was going to come here and say "That's an amazing shot @BillyCherokee, I've never seen, nor been able to take a crash photo in GT that looks dynamic and not just funny" but then I noticed that's their GT7 account name and they may not be on this forum at all.
